We will send you the collection details notification via SMS or WhatsApp or Email when your order is ready to collect. (Order will be ready in 0-1 Days and should be collected within 3 Days.
Collection Timings: 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM
SHIPPING: shipping will be done via courier & 3rd party delivery services and below will be the delivery charges
Free shipping on all orders above AED 500/- (For Dubai)
Free shipping on all orders above AED 1500/- (For Sharjah)
Free shipping on all orders above AED 2000/- (For Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah )
A flat rate of AED 29/- for order less than AED 500/- (For Dubai –city limits)
A flat rate of AED 39/- for order less than AED 1500/- (For Sharjah & Ajman –city limits)
A flat rate of AED 49/- for order less than AED 1500/- (For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, & Ras al Khaimah –city limits) )
A flat rate of AED 80/- will be charged for all deliveries outside city limits & western regions
Inside Free zone deliveries will be charged special rates(Min 100AED) based on the freezone area and necessary pass/documents and approvals should be arranged by client.
Cut off timings for the next working day delivery is 5 PM, orders placed before 5 PM of any working day will be scheduled for delivery on next working day
Shipment will be prepared within 24 hours of the order placed and the product will be delivered within

24- 48 working Hrs (Sharjah, Ajman)

EXPRESS DELIVERY - Only available on working days and working hours(Monday – Saturday 9.00 AM – 7.00 PM)
Within 4-6 HRS – 150 AED (Dubai)
Within 6-8 HRS – 300 AED (Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman)
All above charges mentioned are excluding 5% VAT
Duboxx.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
