Does Duboxx provide eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, we specialize in eco-friendly packaging solutions, including recyclable cartons, biodegradable food packaging, and sustainable shipping boxes. Nearly 90% of our products are eco-friendly.

Do you deliver packaging materials across the UAE?

Yes, we deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.

What are your standard delivery timelines?

Standard delivery is 1–2 working days within UAE city limits. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed for the next working day.

Working days: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery on orders above AED 500 (UAE city limits, excluding large items).
Orders below AED 500: AED 29 flat delivery charge.

Note: Large items may have additional charges.

Is express delivery available?

Dubai: AED 100 (2–4 hours)
Other Emirates: AED 300 (4–6 hours)

Subject to availability and cut-off times.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online card payments
Bank transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are in AED. Confirmation email is sent within 24 hours.

Can I order online and collect from your warehouse?

Yes. Choose Pick Up at checkout.

How do returns and refunds work?

Exchange / Store Credit:

Valid for 12 months
Items must be unused and in original condition

Damaged / Incorrect Items:

Email inquiry@duboxx.com within 24 hours with photos
Replacement in 1–4 working days or refund issued

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. GCC delivery can be arranged on special request.
