You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site subject to these Terms. DUBOXX may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, and may impose limits or restrict access without notice.

You obtain no rights to the Site software or related documentation. Except as allowed here, you may not directly or indirectly own, use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense, assign, rent, or exploit the Site or its contents in whole or in part.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. DUBOXX controls this Site from the U.A.E. If you access the Site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use, export, or re-export materials from the Site in violation of applicable laws, including U.A.E. export laws and regulations.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these Terms and your use of the Site, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

The price and currency displayed and selected by you will be the same charged to your card and printed on the transaction receipt.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with U.A.E. law. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Duboxx.com warrants that products shipped and/or services provided will be free from defects for seven (7) days from the date of receipt. DUBOXX does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

DUBOXX will not trade with or provide services to individuals or companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC-targeted countries and sanctioned individuals, groups, or entities.

DUBOXX accepts Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED. Online purchases are governed by the terms of the relevant merchant service providers. Review their user agreements and privacy policies before transacting.

These Terms supersede all other communications regarding their subject matter. Modifications are effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized DUBOXX officer. All refunds are made to the original mode of payment.

By visiting the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that materials submitted by you do not infringe any third-party rights. Minors under 18 must not register or transact on the Site.

You may visit, view, and retain copies of Site pages for personal use only. You may not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or distribute Site materials for other purposes unless expressly authorized by DUBOXX. Deep-linking is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

The cardholder must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies/rules.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. The Site is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You may not use the Site to conduct sales or commercial offers without prior written consent from DUBOXX. DUBOXX may remove offending communications and bar violators.

The Site may display links to third-party sites. DUBOXX has no control over and does not endorse or warrant third-party content or that such sites are virus-free. By using such links, you agree that you will not make any claim against DUBOXX for resulting damages. Problems with links may be reported to info@duboxx.com.

DUBOXX may terminate privileges of users who unlawfully transmit copyrighted material. By submitting information, you warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.

Data, text, and other materials made available via DUBOXX’s systems (the “Online Materials”) are DUBOXX intellectual property and protected by U.A.E. and international laws. You may not copy or redistribute Online Materials without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted here.

Online Materials remain the exclusive property of DUBOXX. No rights are conveyed other than a limited license subject to these Terms. You agree DUBOXX owns all rights in any translation, modification, adaptation, derivative work, or improvement made by or for you, and you will execute instruments necessary to perfect such rights.

DUBOXX makes no warranty of any kind regarding the availability, accuracy, validity, reliability, or content of the Site, and is not responsible for advice/opinions uploaded by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUBOXX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the Site. Where exclusions are not allowed, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

DUBOXX may, in its sole discretion and without notice, terminate access or remove information if it believes your conduct violates these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law. Monetary damages may be insufficient; you consent to injunctive or equitable relief. DUBOXX may disclose user information if required by law or subpoena.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUBOXX, its affiliates, and employees from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

By submitting materials to DUBOXX, you warrant that you own all rights or have authority to grant DUBOXX an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, publish, and distribute such materials by any method now known or later developed. You waive claims against DUBOXX for alleged infringement or misappropriation related to such submissions. Communications you send to DUBOXX are non-confidential and may be used for any purpose.

Advertisers/sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring submitted materials are accurate and lawful. DUBOXX is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
