Case 1: Ordered the wrong size/item (goods in good condition)
To return/exchange, contact us and we’ll place a new order with your changes and arrange collection of the unwanted items.

If delivery/collection is required: Charges apply as per emirate and delivery mode. Items must be in original condition and adequately packaged.
Exchange at Collection Point
- No extra charges.
- Bring the unwanted/wrong item to our Collection Point and exchange within 14 days of purchase for an item of equal or higher value.
Refund Terms (for Case 1)
- No cash refund. We issue a store credit (valid 12 months) for future purchases.
- Items can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
- If you prefer not to exchange immediately, a voucher/credit note (valid 12 months) will be issued.
How to return an item
If you received an item that is Damaged, Defective or Not as Described, request a return:

- Provide: Order ID/Number, Reason, and clear photos showing the issue.
Our Customer Support team will confirm the request, explain pickup, and arrange a replacement. Please ensure return packets are adequately packaged.
The final decision on each request lies with Duboxx.
Case 2: Item received damaged (transit damage)
If your order arrived damaged, email inquiry@duboxx.com within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll file a courier claim.
- Once the material is received back, a replacement is sent within 1–4 working days at no extra cost.
- If replacement isn’t possible, a full refund is made via the original mode of payment.
Cancel or Edit an Order
Cancel
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds are made to the original payment method (allow up to 45 days for transfer completion).

Change / Edit
Edits are possible before the same-day 5:00 PM cut-off, if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
Once an order is sent to fulfillment or dispatched, changes cannot be made. Promotional/discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.

Refund Timeline & Mode
