Yes, you can place an order online and collect it from our Duboxx Collection Point:
Al Quoz 1, Warehouse 5, Al Asayel St, Dubai
- We’ll notify you via SMS / WhatsApp / Email when your order is ready.
- Ready in 2–4 hours • Collect within 3 days.
- Collection Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Shipping
Shipping is done via self-shipping, courier, and 3rd-party services. Charges are below:
Standard Free Delivery (1–2 Working Days)
- Free on orders above AED 500 for Dubai & Sharjah.
- Free on orders above AED 500 for Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, UAQ & RAK — except large items/boxes/special sizes.
Standard Delivery (1–2 Working Days)
A flat rate of AED 29 for orders below AED 500 (UAE city limits) — except large items/boxes/special sizes.
Express Delivery Charges
- Dubai: AED 100 (within 2–4 hrs)
- Other Emirates: AED 300 (within 4–6 hrs)
Other Delivery Charges
Large item delivery fee: AED 100 for orders AED 250–2500 (Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, UAQ & RAK — city limits).
Inside Free Zone Delivery
Special rates apply (min AED 100) depending on the free zone. Required passes/documents must be arranged by the client.
Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day are scheduled for next working day delivery. Shipments are prepared within 24 hours of order placement.
Deliveries operate on Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
All charges are exclusive of 5% VAT. Duboxx.ae does not provide services/products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s statement. Refunds are processed only via the original mode of payment.
