Do you deliver packaging materials across the UAE?
Yes, Duboxx delivers packaging materials to all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
What are your standard delivery timelines in the UAE?
Standard delivery is 1–2 working days across the UAE (city limits). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed for the next working day delivery. Working days are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Do you offer free delivery? What are the charges below the threshold?
- Yes, we do Free delivery on orders above AED 500 in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah (excluding large items).
- Orders below AED 500: flat AED 29 (UAE city limits, excluding large items).
Note: Large items may incur additional delivery fees as listed below.
Is express delivery available?
Yes, we provide express delivery across the UAE.
- Dubai: AED 100 (within 2–4 hours)
- Other Emirates: AED 300 (within 4–6 hours)
Subject to product availability and order cut-off times.
Are there any other delivery fees?
Yes, there are additional delivery fees:
- Large Item Delivery (Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, UAQ & RAK – city limits): AED 100 for orders AED 250–2500.
- Inside Free Zone: special rates apply (min AED 100). Clients must arrange passes/approvals.
All charges are exclusive of 5% VAT.
Can I order online and collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Choose Pick Up at checkout and collect from our Al Quoz Collection Point:

- Order ready in 2–4 hours (collect within 3 days).
- Collection timings: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Mon–Sat).

You’ll receive a payment confirmation by email within 24 hours of receipt.
How do returns, exchanges, and refunds work?
Exchange/Store Credit:
- If you ordered the wrong size/item (goods in good condition), you can exchange or receive store credit (valid 12 months). Items must be in original condition and adequately packaged.
- You may also exchange at our Collection Point within 14 days of purchase for items of equal or higher value.
Damaged/Defective/Not as Described:
- Email inquiry@duboxx.com within 24 hours of receipt with your Order ID and photos.
- Once received back, a replacement is sent within 1–4 working days. If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund to the original payment method is issued.
Refund timeline: typically 2–7 working days after we receive the return.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Yes, you can cancel or edit your order, with the following conditions:
- Cancellation: within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Edit/Change: before the 5:00 PM cut-off on the same day (if not dispatched). Promo codes can’t be applied post-order.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes, invoices are issued in AED and subject to 5% VAT where applicable. If you need your TRN on the invoice, add it at checkout or email us after ordering, and we’ll update the invoice details.
Do you ship internationally?
Duboxx currently provides products and services within the United Arab Emirates. We do not sell or ship to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
