When and on what terms can you return the shipment?
At Duboxx, we are committed to making your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible.
Case 1: Ordered the Wrong Size/Item
If you have received an item in good condition but ordered the wrong size/item, you can return or exchange it by emailing us at Inquiry@duboxx.com
or calling our helpline at +971 56 500 6774.
Delivery & Collection Charges may apply based on location.
Case 2: Received a Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours at Inquiry@duboxx.com
. We will process a transit damage claim and send a replacement within 1-4 working days.
Refund Terms
No cash refunds will be made. Instead, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months.
Large/Jumbo-Sized Boxes mentioned in the item description are exceptions (No Return, No Exchange).
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.
Editing Orders
Orders can be edited until 5 PM on the same day of placement.
